Meg joined the Chesapeake Research Consortium as STAC Staff in July of 2019 after graduating from Towson University with a M.S. in Environmental Science and moved into the role of STAC Coordinator in March 2022.
While at Towson University, Meg examined the effects of climate disruption on streamflow using GIS climate simulation data and the USDA SWAT program. Meg worked at a technical publishing group as an editorial assistant prior to coming to the CRC and currently is Managing Editor with the Journal of Environmental Development. When she is not in the office, Meg stays connected to the Chesapeake through morning hikes with her two dogs along Stony Run, a tributary of the Jones Falls in North Baltimore.
