This letter summarizes the findings and recommendations from STAC’s 2011 Umbrella Criterion Workshop. The letter also requests a response from USEPA’s Region 3 to the report’s specific recommendations regarding the Chesapeake Bay’s dissolved oxygen criteria and future analyses of the criteria.
