Improving modeling and mitigation strategies for poultry ammonia emissions across the Chesapeake Bay Watershed
November 19, 2021 - November 19, 2021The Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee (STAC) invites you to participate in a one-day virtual workshop to explore the state of the science and develop recommendations to ensure Chesapeake Bay Program modeling approaches are accurately estimating the growing source of nitrogen from poultry operations. This workshop will explore potential mitigation strategies to protect water quality in the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries and produce a report with specific recommendations for the CBP.
This page was originally posted by past STAC Coordinator, Annabelle Harvey (Nov 2021). For any questions or comments related to this effort, please each out to current STAC Coordinator, Meg Cole. For a list of all workshop sessions, please visit the final, June 1st synthesis session webpage.
