The Smithsonian Environmental Research Center (SERC) hosts monthly lectures on Bay Optimism on the third Tuesday of every month, March through October. This month’s lecture features Amy Jacobs from The Nature Conservancy (TNC).

On May 15th, Jacobs will give the lecture, “Clean Water, Healthy Habitats: Accelerating Wetland Restoration in the Bay,” and will be discussing how TNC is “working with farmers to restore habitat and keep nutrients out of the Bay with wetland restoration.” See more event details on the SERC website.
