Summer is here and for many of us, this means vacation time! Taking a moment from our daily routines to enjoy the people, places, and activities we love is always a rejuvenating experience. We often return to our routines with fresh perspectives and energy, ready to take our work up a notch.
After my own vacation, one of the first tasks waiting for me at the office was an update of the Environmental Management Staffers’ bios on our website. There are thirteen Environmental Management Staffers in place at the Chesapeake Bay Program’s partnership office in Annapolis, MD. With each position on its own 3-year rotation, there always seems to be a new Staffer starting the program or a Staffer leaving us to take their next big career step. It is an exciting program filled with an ever changing sea of talented people! If you want to catch up with the latest changes and get to know all of our Environmental Management Staffers, I invite you to explore their stories on the CRC Staff section of the website.
As I updated the Staffers’ bios, I began to explore more and more of our little corner of this website, and I am now looking forward to adding new content and opportunities so that you can get to know more about us. Keep your eyes peeled for information about our specific positions and what life as a Staffer is like in each position, as well as a new place to feature Environmental Management Career Development Program alumni. If there is anything else you think we can provide that would help you to learn about us more easily, please let us know!
